The fabrics and the quality of the stitching are not always at the rendezvous. However, these brands do offer a wide variety of clothes. On their e-shops or their boutiques, you will usually find the latest fashionable pieces, but also casual, streetwear or romantic styled garments. Prices are also very affordable.
Moreover, even if it is not a solution we recommend, you can sometimes find some treasures in the kid sections.
It is, nevertheless, a different story when you have to dress to go to the office or to a more serious meeting. As a matter of fact, when you are petite, you tend to look younger than you actually are. So more than anybody, you might need pieces of clothing that help us look more charismatic, more credible and more like the strong woman you are inside.
That means clothes made with high-end materials, quality stitches, and designs that lengthen the petite body. That’s what is most lacking in the petite clothing industry right now and what you will be able to find on Les Petites Ambitieuses: timeless and bold garments that would work for both your professional and your personal life.
My goal is not to create just for the sake of creating. I want to create a brand that really answers a need: Yours.
AND LETTING YOUR HEART SPEAK …
Two other elements were essential to me: the quality of the clothes and the ethical aspect of Fashion. Because Yes, Fashion doesn’t need to go against sustainable development.
As a matter of fact, when your clothes are made to last and you know who made them, it does change things.
I believe that sustainable development must be part of the key values of any business that is created. If we do not start acting for the environment, it will be too late to act. We have only one planet, and I do not see the point of a creation that leads to more destruction.
From an ecological point of view, I know we are far from being perfect. There are so many things to do. But we try, at our level, to do things right as much as possible. And maybe one day, I’ll be able to say that our processes will be 100% ethical.
